How is SuiteFin different from other content management systems?
SuiteFin is an easy-to-use platform that has been built from the ground up with the end user in mind. It is simple, straight forward, and fast! What takes 6-12 steps in other content management systems can be accomplished in 1-2 clicks with SuiteFin. And, you don't need a technical background to operate it.

What kind of web development background do I need?
SuiteFin is so easy to use that no web development background is needed at all. If you’re familiar using a word processor, then you are already familiar with SuiteFin. SuiteFin uses the same buttons and formatting as a standard word processor.

What is a content management system?
Content management systems allow users to easily and quickly make changes and updates to their website. SuiteFin is a content management system delivered to your business through the web. Pyron Technologies hosts the system, which allows us to make updates and improvements to the platform.  New capabilities are then immediately delivered to your site. No longer will you have to wait until your website is obsolete to get cutting edge features and functionality. SuiteFin gets you off of the three-year cycle of redoing your website to catch up to your competitors.

Can I edit my website from anywhere?
SuiteFin is integrated into your website as a technology platform. All you need is an internet connection to login, access the functions provided by SuiteFin, and begin making changes.

What if I already have a website design?
Unlike other systems, websites do not have to be designed specifically to work with Suitefin. In fact, most website designs, either new or existing, can be integrated to work with Suitefin.

What if I want to change my website design?
SuiteFin has a talented Web Development Team that can help you design the site that is right for you.

What if I need to buy a domain?
Pyron Technologies Inc. can help you buy a domain name and host it. We offer full domain acquisition and management services. We have staff dedicated to ensure that your domain is always up-to-date and never expires. Contact us for more information.

How can I add a module?
SuiteFin is a modular system which allows you to add on features and functions when you need them. If you need additional functionality, just contact us and we can help!

What training is involved?
Every SuiteFin site comes with the training you need to start working with your site. With a single training session, you and your staff will be up and running.

Can I define permissions for people who can edit the site?
SuiteFin gives you control over your users to spread management of your site across your organization. Create rules for users that only allow them to edit a page or section of the site. Allow some users the ability to edit pages while others will have the ability add or remove pages. Enterprise Manager gives you the ability to give other individuals throughout your organization limited ability to manage the site.

Can I replace my intranet with SuiteFin?
Yes. Enterprise Manager also allows for the creation of password-protected areas of your site and gives you the ability to add or restrict website visitor access to specific areas. This feature is used to create a Members Area or Extranet on your website. It can also be used to create an Intranet. Because of the power of Enterprise Manager, both a Members Area and an Intranet can be created and exist within the SuiteFin system.

How long will it take for a website design and SuiteFin to be delivered to me?
A typical project timeframe is 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the site. Training to get up-and-running once a site is launched takes only a matter of hours.

How much does SuiteFin cost?
SuiteFin costs $49/month for a single editor and $999 for the 1-time setup fee.  Additional editors cost $15/month.  Design costs are separate from subscription and setup fees.

Can SuiteFin help make my site more search engine friendly?
SuiteFin is 100% search engine optimization ready. The system has been developed from the ground up to give you full control over meta tag elements such as title, keyword, and description tags. You also have the ability to add images and link descriptions. Finally, you can use text to name the URLs of your site. No more odd looking character strings that neither you nor the search engines can decipher. You have all the tools at your fingertips to create a website that is very search engine friendly. More visitors to your site mean more visibility for your organization.

What technology platform is SuiteFin built on?
SuiteFin is built on an Asp.net platform.

Is support available?
Yes, we have not only a Help Desk staff available, but a variety of support packages.

What types of media does SuiteFin support?
Included with Suitefin is a media management tool so you can keep all your images, movies, Flash files, Podcasts, PDFs, and other media files organized. Images and other media can be linked, formatted, and moved around the page just like you would in a word processor.

What if I make an error?
That’s one of the great features of SuiteFin - you can just log in and make the necessary changes. If you have mutilple users updating the website, you can define permissions to review changes before they are published.
