Contact Us Form
This standard form is designed to collect contact information, and is included in every SuiteFin website package. The fields include name, address, phone, and email address. Visitors submit the information and you receive it in your email.
News
Also included in every website package, the News tool allows you to post, manage, and bring attention to information about your organization. News items can be date sensitive and automatically removed after the specified date has passed, or you can choose to place an item in a news archive. A scrolling box can be placed on the site to display news items.
Blog
Blog areas allow you to post entries and allow for readers to post comments to each of your posts. Older entries will be stored in the Blog archive which is easily accessible by clicking on the Blog archive link. A Blog will allow you to keep the site fresh and provide visitors with a unique, inside perspective on your business and you.
Podcast Ready
Upload Podcasts easily, each with a brief description of the Podcast as well as the day and time it was recorded. The system will automatically create the appropriate RSS file which provides information to people wishing to link to the Podcast. The administration area will provide you with the link information so that you may share the location of your Podcasts with other websites.
Please note that this system does not actually create the Podcasts. This functionality assumes the user has the appropriate equipment and is actively creating Podcasts.
Image Gallery
Image Gallery is a management tool for organizing and displaying unlimited images. The gallery stores two versions of the image (thumbnail & enlarged) plus a description. Hide images temporarily or delete images that you want to permanently remove.
Events Calendar
The Calendar provides you with a traditional calendar view of events right at your visitor's fingertips. Users can click on each date of the calendar list of events for that particular date, or easily look ahead in the calendar to view upcoming events.
Contact Us Form with Email Routing
With Email Routing with a Contact Us Form, a visitor is presented with checkboxes, representing information the visitor may be interested in. Once the checkbox is selected and the form submitted, an email will be sent to the individual associated with that selection.
Enterprise Manager
Enterprise Manager gives you control over your users to spread management of your site across your organization. Create rules that only allow users to edit a specific page or section, or add password protected areas to restrict visitor access. This feature can also be used to create a Members Area or an Intranet for internal use.
